Advertised 18-month 0% APR became 12 months, low credit line

I was informed that my balance transfer intro APR would be 0% for 18 months, which was perfect for me to be able to pay off all my credit cards.

After applying online, I called when I found out how low my credit line was, and I was told to call once I received my card to ask for an increased credit line. I did that and was denied. The man on the phone also said that the APR was 0% for 12 months and not 18.

I was unable to use this card due to the low credit line and had to close it. I am very dissatisfied with this company and its false advertising.
