Atm deposit, took my money

I put 1800.00 cash in the atm craftsman credit so my ex husband could use my debit card now they are holding the money for 10 day what do i do, we are leaving for disney monday, my bank location closied so they told me to deposit it in there sister bank, now say i only deposited 1600.00 and they can hold it its been 4 days all ready what do i do plzzz help!!!
