Secured Credit Card Deposit Frozen and Then Said to Be Gone

Bank of America in Ft Lauderdale. I got a secured credit card about three months ago. They froze my money I never received the card. Now they say my money is gone, the money deposited from pay check is gone and they can't say where it went.
