Bank of america is a rip off. They over charged my account in fee's of $70 that weren't even valid. I had the funds in my account for one of the transactions and the other one posted on the date that my payroll check was deposited. They won't give me my money back!!! I have spoke with 3 supervisors and i have NEVER had an overdraft fee. I have 3 accounts with them between me and my husband, They are suppose to be PROTECTING your money from invasions but instead they are STEALINING IT, BEWARE. Don't use your check card as credit as it will not post in the order in which it was debited. They will put the highest first so that any additional will cause an over draft fee. GUARANTEED!!! $35 for over draft isn't worth it. Anyone whom has a blueridge bank near go there, they are the best and they don't have $35 over draft fee's and your check in posted the day before payroll. I hope this information is useful so someone else doesn't get scammed out of $70. No wonder we are in a recession. BANK OF AMERICA IS A SCAM! Worthless, worthless, worthless Supervisors whom get paid to get bitched at all day long because of the scam that bank of america holds!
