Colonial Home Warranty, CHW, couldn't find a repair co, told me to find my local repair co., fix the problem, submit a paid Invoice and I would be reimbursed. This was done and sent the paid invoice to CHW and after no response, called CHW and they told me the pump was not covered and the claim was rejected. My policy did cover this problem, and told by the adjuster that it was. CHW claim no. Is 2147103. Calim person was Craig Eowex.
