I purchased this warranty back in August and my unit stopped working in October. I called and filed a claim and paid my deductible. The contractor they assign is a stranger and unknown contractor that repaired my unit with used parts. He replaced my motor on my unit and just happened not see that the blade need to be replaced also. Three months later my unit stopped working AGAIN and I called and filed a claim again paying my deductible again this time with the same contractor coming out and not repairing anything this time to have the warranty come tell they won't pay for repairs because the blade broke and damage the coil! So I and my son suppose to have no heat at all because you don't wanna pay for a replacement I ask and the customer said yes pretty much not giving a cows butt about if you have children and also that I paid for this warranty and you're not covering what's major and needs to be repaired! So I told them to cancel the policy not that they cared because it was cheaper for them that I do that and I would still be responsible for repairs and they still have my money and have the audacity to tell me that it would be a $50 cancellation fee oh really!!! I recommend not use this company to protect your home repairs because they are rip off people just stealing people money!!! Dont purchase!!
