My air conditioner went out on August 14th the contractor came out same day and diagnosed the unit he told me the unit can be repaired but the part he needed would need to be ordered and could take a day or 2 to come in. The contractor called colonial for approval and they approved the repair. The contractor got the part the next day and installed it.
