Unauthorized Debit Card Charge and No Way to Reach Anyone

I have an unauthorized charge on my debit card that I did not make. I contacted Facebook at the number provided, but you get a recording. I cannot find page c. Facebook.com/credit redirects to Facebook. Can anyone help?
