First Premier Bank
First premier bank the biggest rip-off with hiddens fees and poor customer service

I applied for a card through first premier, i then was sent two cards with $250.00 credit limits, when i called customer service to say they sent me two cards, they said my application must have been processed twice. And that i owed the processing fees that they put on the balance. I refused and then cut the cards up.

I have since been recieving bills with late fees and and non-payment fees have occurred. Not they have turned it into the collection agencies, who say that they can cut the cost by 25% and i have to now pay the remaining balance on two cards i have never used.

I spoke with customer service and they say that i gave verbal authorization when i called the first time i called to inquire about the two cards.in which i did not.

I have since then pulled my credit report and sure enough both cards are on my report.
