First Premier Bank is a predatory lender that charged me $25 a month for "insurance" and piled on service fees every month AND a yearly fee! This is in addition to 21% interest!
I forgot to pay my bill one month and was late by literally one week. They turned off both cards (separate accounts) and caused major chaos in my family. The fees went through the roof!
You are better off with a prepay card than these thieves!
They will also charge you for the "privilege" of paying them online or over the phone.
