I applied for the card over the phone. Did a check by phone payment for $150. I got online to see what the policies are, and after reading, decided was best to not get the cards. We called 2 days later, cancelled the cards. For the last 5 years, we have been fighting this company. I have requested my deposit back, and for the negative report to be taken off of my credit. They have billed me over the past 6 years over $600. This is fraudulent. They say that I used the cards, which after speaking with them, they admitted we didn't, but they still billed us after that.
The account was "purchased by another lender" who has since been removed from my credit report; but First Premier is still showing as we owe them. I have lost numerous jobs, loans, etc due to this negative reporting.
