In June I moved, notified FCNB, heard nothing. Received bill late July whereas I was already late because it took so long to get the bill, late fees added, sent payment notified company again of new address, August no bill until due again, no new address, now I had 2 months of overlimited and late fees.
Talked to NCO collector, said would straigthen out, no word again. September new bill, old address again, new charges, late overlimit. What started out as $450 now exceeded $620 and I was making payments. 3 weeks ago, wrote to complaint address on bill, explaining everything and asking that the overlimit and late fees be taken off, as they were not my fault. Told by mail could not do a thing.
What is the purpose of this department, does it really exist. No letterhead paper, misspelled words, poor grammar. Very unprofessional. All this time trying to get a phone number. Searched internet, can not locate address or phone number to speak to someone. I received bill two weeks ago with overlimit fees, received again yesterday with additional overlimit fees. No end to this. I have contacted Oregon State Attorney General. Do Same.
