Capitalone a credit card company sent me a bill for membership after I closed the account and then charged me a late fee also. I called them they promised to fix it and again another late charge. I called again and got a closed letter from them and then they sent me a collection letter. I called their "customer services" office only to get the same thing. We will fix it. They would not let me talk to a supervisor. I would not do business with them and if it effects my credit rating I will sue them!
