This company does not calculate balance owed divided by number of payments due for minimum balance.
They also will not allow 2 types of payment at time of purchase to lower your credit purchase. (In other words you are screwed if your means are a lower monthly balance)
They do not care about the customer. They set a rule which is out of the ordinary. Will not budge. (At least for being nice. Maybe if not nice you would get somewhere. Makes you think... I would hate to do that but if it gets them to realize that customers do matter...)
