Have been trying to get help from ameriquest for 4 months abd everytime they said they would help we ended up on a merry-go-round. It started with a payment lost in the mail? &so an electronic payment was made over the phone.
And low and behold the check was cashed two days later even though they were requested not to cash it. This put our finances in a continuous spiral. We asked for their help after they caused this when we were just two months behind. Well it has cime to asking everyone that we know to help us and to no avail there just isn't anyone now who will lend us the funds and ameriquest got their way they are now taking my home on Sept 20. So unless ther is someone out there that can help us we will lose our home.
I'm totally exhausted from sleepless nights and such stress put on by a company that is so decietful, deceptive and always lying to it's customers
