I had property in Atlanta Georgia, rented out my house to tenants and Fairbanks made my tenants vacate the property, then foreclosed on my house without any notice to me within 30 days, and now this is reflected on my credit report. I lost my property at the address of 2799 Lake Jodeco Rd, Atlanta, GA 30326, and have not been able to clear up my credit report due to this nor gain my property back from the manner in which it was taken by Fairbanks Corp.
