EMC put a forced hazard policy on my home, which I had insurance in place, I called customer service to clear up the matter about the insurance and I got the rudest person. She informed me that I was late on my payment, which I knew that, This was on April 10th that I spoke to her and my payment was due on April 15th. She asked my when I was sending in Aprils payment and I told her first week in September. She continued stating that I have been late for 10 months and if I don't get this caught up in the next two months, she was going to send this to the attorneys for demand... Only 15 - 20 days late. Can they do this?
