Colonial home warranty is the best one I have yet so far. I had 2 past company's which I'm not going to mention there name and they have been a disaster. I was alway very skeptical to have join colonial which would be my last time with this industry if I had the same experience. L just renewed for a 3 year contract which I was eligible cause the service I received when I started. I had my dishwasher replaced, a ceiling fan replaced and they came for a plumbing stoppage. When I renews my sales agent asked if I could write a good review which was my pleasure to do so! Thank you for the great service and being there for when I need!
