FTB Mortgage
First Horizon Home Loans Filed late payments for two months Dec. 2003 & Jan after escrow had closed Dec 5th and payoff had been received Dec 8th they will not return calls or remove these items even after documentation was sent several times

We sold our home in November. Escrow closed Dec. 5th and payoff was received by FTB Mortgage on Dec 8th.

FTB filed with all three credit reporting agencies that we were deliquent for the months of December and January. We have contacted almost everyday since June 24th. Payment is not late until the 16th of the month.

They refuse to take or return our calls. The only person capable of handling this does not receive incoming or place outgoing calls.

We have spoken with Hardy Savage, a supervisor for FTB. He has been telling us for almost a month now that he will take care of this.

All that needs to be done is a letter written to us stating that these reportings were erroneuos and for them to report the error to the credit bureaus.
