An 800 # on the draft they made was disconnected. I had not authorized any such deduction. This company is unknown to me. An 800-871-9984# for Prime Benefits from a previous report submitted by another victim for the same company. A 800# was on this Rip -off report I called that # and they referred me to an 866-991-9090 #. Called that number an answering service answerd. Date 8-11-04. No respose as of yet. Apparently they are deducting the same amount. Mine too was $87.00 taken out 8/9/04
