Darlene Francis and Brenda Etienne are both proven money launderers who take drug dealers money with the promise of making it clean. They hide out on the reservation where they believe they cant be touched by the Feds. They are now advertising themselves to the outside world as real investors with access to casinos and indian business ventures. I checked with their home town and found out from the Tribal Council that they applied for federal funding in the tribes name to fund a large construction project and then took the 500k and left the area. They did the same thing to me when I gave them 250k to invest in a casino expansion; two months later I was told through an email that Mr. Francis was ill and in the hospital. When I investigated further, I found out that she was vacationing in Florida. Six months went by and she sent me an email stating that the tribe had lost their compact with the state and the money was used for engineering the project that now was not going to happen.in short, my money was gone. I then contacted the tribe only to find out they had never heard of Darlene Francis or her sister and there never was a casino venture. When I confronted the sister act, I never received another email back or any other kind of correspondence so please beware. I contacted the local authorities and they told me that this wasnt the first time they have had this report on the duo and that there was nothing they could do as they live on the reservation and would have to be prosecuted by the Reservation police.
