Apparently in January I enrolled in your service as a member. This is what I was explained by your representative. Since then, my bank account has been charged $19.95 per month every month. I don't know what your company is. I have never heard of it. I possibly signed up for your service while I was interested in a payday loan. I was, at that time, in financial distress, and needed help. Since then, I have been financially stable, and never noticed these charges on my bank account until recently. I have never used your "shopping" service, and I refuse to be a member any longer. Your representative cancelled the membership for me today, and offered me a free laptop, of which I declined. I am requesting that all of my money be refunded to me. If this cannot be done, I will contact my attorney.
