I entered CVS to purchase a birthday card. I love all CVS greeting cards. I then went to the front of the store to pay for the card. I could see Darlene was busy crushing boxes with her feet. She looked up at me three times. I figured she needed to finish what she was doing, so I waited patiently. Darlene looked up a fourth time and waited on someone else who had come in after. I then went to the pharmacy at the rear of the store. The pharmacist then waited on me without my saying a word. I did go ahead and I told the pharmacist of Darlene and she ignored me. CVS has a fabulous reputation and associates like Darlene, they make for bad business. I got Darlene's name from the pharmacist.
