Francis Built Custom Homes are Fraud! They supposedly build quality homes. Not only to they rip off the home owner by not holding to the one year warranty but they rip off the sub-contractors as well.
There are several sub-contractors that I personally know of that have not been paid on several houses. S. Francis (the owner) "promises" to pay you the day that the job is done but you never receive a check. He swears that he has submitted a draw into the bank for you invoice but he really submitted a draw to himself so the bank is paying him for the work that the sub-contractor has done.
The communication skills of S. Francis are terrible! He will call you everyday until you get the job done for him but once it is complete and he owes you money, he is no where to be found. I have left several voice mails, text messages, emails and I have sent him invoices for the services that have already been done but I still have gotten no answer from him.
S. Francis is a disgrace to the construction industry and should not be trusted in ANY way!
They are going under the name Francis and sons. This is the same man do not be fooled!!
