Dominion financial credit card services is a major ripoff if you get a call from them please slam down the phone. They called me and offered me a credit card because i had been online inquiring about credit cards to reestablish my credit so we talked about the card and they made it sound sooo good and i said well let me think about it and get back to you.
I assumed that was the end but then he said well let me just verify some information so if you decide we can have all your information on file when you call back so i agreed. We talk and he told me that there would be a fee of $279 one time only and i was cool with that because i had been doing my research and most companies did want some sort of security deposit.
They ask ed me who was my bank and i told them but refused to give my account number over the phone but some sort of way when i called to check my bank account i was $279 short so i called the bank and asked what was the withdrawal and they said dominion financial and gave me a number to call and dispute it so i did and i spoke with a man who looked it up and did verify that that from the recorded conversation that i never gave them or authorized them acess to my account and he apologized and said that the money would be back in my account as soon as they received proof that it cleared.
So i called back a week later and spoke to someone in their rude customer srvice department and i have never been so insulted in my life from a company they told me that i would have to wait and when they got i would get it. I called several times a week and still got rude service i also found out that i was speaking to a customer service comoany that worked for dominion financial and i could not speak directly to them.
I have called several times and i called today 8/10 and this one guy i spoke with was so rude he made my eyes water he told me i had to wait thirty more days. I told him thst is not what i was told he told me oh well that is the policy and basiclly hung up the phone i was so furious i called back and i got another guy i gave him my information and his exact words were"you just called here why are you calling 2-3 times a day we will refund you your money when we get the conformation back from the bank.
I advised him that someone had told me that they received the conformation that is why they sent me the credit card packagr for me to sign and send back which i am not going to i am going to keep it as proof of fraud.
I have tried everything and no one will let me speak to a manager i am so frustrted they messed up my account and cause checks to bounce by illegally taking money out of my account i really need some help from someone about getting this company iut if business from ripping off innocent people.
