Ripoff told I would receive 6500 credit line for 279 when called dominion talked to chris james told me I must be deaf they would not tell me I would receive this type of credit asked to talk to a manager he disconnected

Dominion Financial told me I would receive a 6500 credit line and paid 279 just to be sent a package that I had to send more money to another company to load a actual secured credit card when called dominion financial back talked to a chris james in customer service and told me I must be deaf they would never tell me I would receive this type of credit line and when asked to talk to a manager he disconnected

When received package was not what was told on the phone for them to get me to pay 279.00 for a 6500.00 line was sent a package to fill out more info and to give more money when called spoke to a Chris James in customer service he told me I was deaf and said they would never have told me the actual credit line when asked to talk to a manager he refused and disc call... I called several times and got this Chris James several times who continued to be rude and kept disconnecting the call on me.
