They train the art of tap dancing at the closing table. They are the masters of bait and switch. It goes all the way to the top. They only audit the offices they know are clean. They let the producing managers dictate the rules. They hold title companies hostage forcing them to do check exchanges after the loan has funded, without the corporations knowledge. This my friends is wire fraud, which is a federal offence. They do this to skirt debt raio issues. I have personally witnessed some forgery, cut and paste to income documents, and changing verifications of mortgages. There have been payoffs to processors for their silence, in order to protect the branch managers. They send out respa packages that are grossly under priced and do not let the borower know until its too late. If the feds came into any ameriquest office they would shut them down. So it seems to me that ameriquest is making so much money they are paying the right people off.
