Closings done without verification of the parties involved included nin identity of buyer/seller in purchase loans as well as non identities of parties in refinance loans.
I witnessed an overabundance of loans signed outside of the office by loan officers and then mortgage documents notarized by branch employees never witnessing said signatures which is fraud, mortgage fraud, Dept of Banking fraud, Notarization fraud.
I witnessed on most loans, customers never receiving loan documents until copies were mailed to them after the three day/seven day federal recission period were over and done.
