Bank of America
Closing Costs Excessive and Three Business Day Rule Ignored

During a loan closing I communicated the closing costs were excessive 4000 vs 2500 with other banks.
The bank being National either was too busy or failed to communicate during a three Business Day rule to close the loan which I communicated in writing. Bank went on to say they were going to resign the settlement but then ripped me off by funding the Loan.
