Bank promiced renegotaition during closing then Ignored consumer and three Business Day Rule

During a loan closing I communicated the closing costs were excessive 4000 vs 2500 with other banks.
The bank being National either was to busy or failed to communicate during a three Business Day rule to close the the loan which i communicated in writting. Bank went on to say they were going to resign the settlemet but then ripped me off by funding the Loan.
