I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, it was dissmissed on June 30. All "Parties Envloved " were sent notice to appear, Meta Bank, like all the others, chose not ot appeair. A judjement was entered in my favor dissmissing " ALL " creditors, and now Meta bakk wants to still try and collect through my wife, But the state of Michigan bankruptcy laws hase an individual filing clause, so she is exempt sence I filed. It was clearly listed in the schedual.
