Meta Bank / Patrick And Co Workers
ALL THE STAFF IN THE INCOME TAX RETURNS DEPARTMENT holding people tax money and lieing on the IRS saying that the IRS has not deposited money or saying IRS has a hold on it

This company has rude people in the income tax department where there suppose to transmitt money into your account after the IRS has deposited the money to there 3rd party butts. There very very rude specialy PATRICK he need to be replace he has no people skills. Im not saying that the hole company at META BANK is f* up. Because some of the employees in the other the department. And the main line are very polite and when i explaine to other departments about what patrick and his department was doing i was told that there not to ask for personal info to be sent to them before my money is released. The other employees also said that once a tax payor money is sent to them by the IRS there are to send it to the tax payor account. I never heard of this so call meta bank untill now. But if you want to look google meta banks income tax checks and you will see all the complaints towards this company. I contact the IRS and the rep there told me not to give them no info and there just a 3rd party and that the IRS DEALS WITH EACH TAX PAYOR account as one not a hole. And that if the money has been sent them this so call meta bank need to do there job and give prople there money and stop playen like there the IRS cause if there is a problem then the IRS will contact that tax payor ON THERE ON not threw meta bank and that RUDE ASS PATRICK... I see why there not listing there number cause there very rude. And if there was a so call problem with people income taxes well why didnt they contact that tax payor prior to them getting there money and holding it!!! Every one on that sight is not getting there money there holding it thats bull crap... Oh yeah i do not think it is tax brain cause i use them before and had no problems it is metabank. They will lie and put the blam off on some one elese when there the real problem. Hell you see if there lieing telling people it is the IRS holding there money then you know they will lie on tax braine. No one should use this meta bank and next year read the fine print and stay away from meta bank most of all PATRICK i hope he will get caught talking to people like damm dogs i hope he get recorded and then maybe someone will believe us, 18008140401...
