We had fairbanks and then they sold it to emc and emc stopped taking our payments saying we were behind and everything is such a mess. Charges for escrow we didnt have. Our payments went towards corporate advances instead of our loan. Now emc threatened foreclosure, so we had to file chapter 13 here to keep our home.
We made mistakes in the past and was on our way out when the rug was pulled out from under us. We had a plan and now we can't refinance because they say we have no payment history. I have the money orders here. I have proof we paid, but yet we still are suffering, my whole family.
