I need some immediate help. I am so suprised to find out all the complaints about fairbanks. I have told my story so many times with no results people just look at me like i am lying about the situation. Just like others i was sold to fairbanks capital from wmc mortgage company.
My life has been a complete nightmare since i been with fairbanks. I was first told that i was 4,000 behind and i didnt know what else to do so i filed chapter 13. But the mortgage company attorneys kept saying that i had not made my chapter 13 payments and they were comming directly out of my check. Then after i gave proof of that the said i was not making my mortgage payments. I sent them a western union for 1,165.00 two month payment and they claimed they never got it despite the reciepts i sent them from western union they went to court and the judge lifted the automatic stay.
Now i suppose to owe 20,000 in back payments reguardless that they were getting chapter 13 payments and i was making my regular montly payment of 579.00 the never added any of that money to my loan. So i applied for a loan modification which was denied because they wanted me to pay 2,200 a month mortgage payment and i could not do that. So now they are foreclosing on the house. I have a sale date for november 13. But they called and asked me if i would do a foreberance for 6 months while i sell the property. So i agreed because i am trying to buy some time to figure out something.
They want me to contuine paying my mortgage payment during the foreberance. I would go back and file a 13 to give me some more time but they put a 120 refiling block on me do i could not refile to save my home. I dont want to sell my home. I have put everything i have into this house. I dont have any where for me and my daughter and granddaughter to live if we are foreclosed on. I have tried to refinance over and over again but like everyone else fairbanks has put so much negative things on your credit you cant even refinance.
Is there anyone out there who can help us out of this fairbanks nightmare. Someone must be willing to refinance us and let us get a fresh start. I have spent so much money on attorneys and sending money to fairbanks and still i am in foreclosure.
Please if you know of anyone who would be willing to refinance due to the horrible way fairbanks has treated us please ask them to call.
And every one is correct about the treatment they give you. You never talk to the same person. One tell you one thing and the next person tells you something else.
Cant we get a class action law suit against fairbanks and pierce and associates the attorneys who allow them to do all this defefical things.
