Law firm in Spokane keeps demanding more money every few years

This has been going on since 2008. They a law firm in Spokane doing there dirty work. It seems like they keep coming back for money every couple of years. It was a year ago that they said it was done and now i get a letter stating they need more money and i need it to stop now
