Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC is coming after me after 10 years for a vehicle loan that the vehicle was repossessed. They got the vehicle back more than 8 years ago. Ten years later, I am still receiving collection letters from them.
This debt has been charged off of my credit report years ago, yet they continue to try to collect.
