I never ordered their service or given them my credit card information. When I seen it on my bank statement I called them to see who they were and what services they were "providing". One of the first questions the lady wanted my credit card number again, after I refused she stated she wanted my social security number to "look up my account." I refused to give that as well and gave her my name and birth-date. She was unable to locate me within her "system". Told me if I was refusing to give my credit card info to her that there was nothing she could do.
