Tried repeatedly to contact them regarding my mortgage loan. They have a computer answering the phone. I finally got a human voice and he asked me for information to update my account, eg.-my e-mail address, zip code etc, them he placed me back on hold. He gave me a "direct" number which I dialed after being on hold for twenty minutes and got the same computer voice. I held on for about 30 minutes and gave up. Maybe that is what they wanted me to do. Well I am going to refinance my mortgage with another bank so that I can get rid of these fools.
