I've been a loyal customer with Providian Credit card. Last year, I had a stem cell transplant and lost my job this year and fell behind in my payments. I tried to work out a solution with providian to stop charging all these interest rates, over the limit fee when my account was closed. I tried working out a payment plan but they don't want to work with you. I get 8 to 10 phone calls a day. When I tell them when I'm going to pay it, they said that they are going to call me everyday until it's paid. They have put negative things on my credit. I'm not trying to duct out of paying a bill but they can work with me better than they do. I pray that they get investigated and I hope that I can find my rights and bring charges on them.
