WE had a Get SMart credit card from Providian that was paid on time every month. Providian sold our account to Emerge who then cancelled our account with no reason other than "It is our perogative" and raised our interest rates.
I would love to know if there are any actions I could take against either Providian or Emerge for these things they have done.
