800 female manager They "withdrew" my entire $250 savings account w/out my permission!

I was enticed to open a free checking & savings account w/a no minimum balance on either account, & $150 for opening an auto deposit account w/a minimum $600 per month auto deposit at USBank. Everything was going fine, but within 5 months I noticed $4 had been removed from my savings account. I called the 800 # on my debit card, & the "female manager" I talked to said she would fix it so I wouldn't be "accessed" any fee's again {although the fact is I shouldn't have been "accessed" any fee's at all on it! }, but she would not return the $4 taken from my savings account... Which she claimed was because my savings account was below $300, {although I had a no minimum balance account, and had never had a balance of $300 or more, and never been charged a $4 fee for not having a $300 balance before! }
The next day, I went into my neighborhood USBank Branch, and told them what had happened, and they "confirmed" that my accounts were free because of my auto deposit, and that I should not have been accessed a "fee" for a savings account balance below $300 because neither my checking nor my savings account required a minimum balance! They put the $4 back into my savings account, and re-opened my account which the 800 # USBank manager had taken it upon herself to close, although I had told her to just leave my accounts alone, and I would deal with the "situation" at my "branch bank".

So... I had my savings account back and 2 days later, I checked in to my on-line account, to find that the whole $250 had been withdrawn from my savings account... And then all of a sudden, the internet banking shut down on me, & I wasn't able to access my account again! I called my "branch bank" immediately, & eventually they informed me the 800 manager had withdrawn my savings... Without my permission, but she was going to put it back, but thus far she hasn't put it back. My branch bank knows who she is, and requested her reason for taking funds from my account, but she has not "responded" to their request {& mine} for her explanation. She has "mishandled" my money without my permission. It is not in my checking nor my savings account, and she is the one who took it from my savings acct. I hope to somehow have her "prosecuted" for mishandling my finances, & of course I'm praying I get it back! I'm 65 yrs of age, disabled, & on a minimal fixed income, & it is not easy at all for me to save. My credit sucks because I got in over my head with some credit cards a few years back, and although my income is "untouchable", the only way I can get what I want is to save, and pay cash for whatever I might want or need. And now this "manager" at USBank has "essentially" robbed me of my $250 savings! I would like to believe that a Banker is not entitled to "rob their clients" of the money they are entrusted with. I'm starting to wonder if I would be better off to hide my money in my socks... Or some such ridiculous thing!!! I pray somehow this manager will never hold a position at any bank again, for she has proven herself to be a thief, and I definitely feel I should somehow be compensated for the "turmoil" she has put me through by robbing me of my entire little "nest egg". There is no doubt whatsoever that she did essentially "rob me", for she withdrew my entire savings without my permission, & in fact against my demand that she just leave my accounts alone, because I was going to deal with the "problem" with my own branch bank!
