Loss of money at atm

I drawed 200 bucks off my citi prepaid credit mastercard got the 200 bucks hit in a brand new deal for another 200 while checking the very first 200 the 2nd 200 seemed I didnt grabit over time it drew it in but reciept says I acquired it-which I didnt Im out 200 bucks how do you have it back Im having the runaround
