I only have one problem, it's not the deals as they are great, but it's a big one.
I had deal bucks due to a business closing down and not being able to use the deal I paid for so I got a refund in deal bucks, the next deal I purchased was more than the deal bucks, so you would imagine my credit card would only be charged the difference after the deal bucks were applied, well at least that's what it said when I purchased the deal and also what it stated on the invoice.
They then took the full amount out of my account then refund the amount of the deal bucks after 7 days
They take money out of your bank WITHOUT your authorisation and put it back up to seven days later, what are they doing with my money for that time... Making interest that I could have been making.
And all I get as a response is sorry that's just the way it is, well it's not good enough.
That's temporary theft... Shame on you living social... Shame on you
