I went to look up Triad on the internet to log into my account and found this usacomplaints.com as one of the titles under Tiad - so I thought I would check it out and boy I soooo glad that I did - Everything that these people say are true every word. It is nice to know that I am not the only one that thinks this of these people and that I am not the only one they have harassed. Since the first day I got my loan from these people they have been nothing but rude and inconsiderate. If you are one day late they call and not one once a day but several times a day. My family does not answer the phone anymore.
They have also for not paying on my car shown up in the middle of the night and took my car when I was in the process of making a payment arrangement with them - thank heavens after giving them hell all that day and after driving 2 and 1/2 hours I was able to recover it back from them. But not before paying a ton of money and getting a police report.
I have been off of work for over a year and one of the reps called me and said that they could help and that I was up for a two month extenstion. I told him that was great because with being back to work I really wanted to get back on track and could use that help. SO I went thru the whole process and was denied - then another couple of months later another rep called said oh he is really good at getting them thru and told me exactly what to put on the paper. So once again I sent in for an extension and was denied. I can't wait for the next rep to call me with the offer of extension.
I can't wait to get my car paid off and be done with these jerks! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and wish that they be shut down.
