In August I reported ClearCredit.com to the Orange County Calif. District Attorney's Fraud section and to a similar department of the Calif. Attorney General's office. Neither office replied.
In October, ClearCredit billed my Credit card without authorization. Fortunately, I monitor my accounts and stopped them in the act. I then blasted the Orange County DA's office with E-mail until they acknowledged receipt of my Declaration and Complaint sent to them in August. ClearCredit would communicate only by telephone.
Today is July 4. I have heard from no one. The four bad press reviews on Alexa.com no longer show. Baddealings.com and usacomplaints.com appear to have more than 20 current bad press reviews on this company.
Many disturbing questions could be asked at this point. Answers do not seem to be available. Beware!
