My wife and I had fairbaks as our mortgage servicer. They charged us for almost everything, they are a con artist. After we saw what they were doing we refinanced with another company.
Our payoff went from $74,000 to over 82,00.00 they said this was due to late charges, insurance that they put on our property and etc.
By the way, they own Balboa insurance company which handles their insurance needs. They are a thief in the night. We have filed suit with the many others who have been ripped off by this God forsaken company.
The officers need to go to jail, they are just like the Enron criminals.
