Ripoff and Bait and Switch Artists

These guys sent me an offer a few years back indicating that my 4.99% would be for the duration that I have this card. They clearly indicated that they wouldn't raise interest rates. So I asked them: Why is my interest rate at 23%?

Here is what they told me: Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is used to calculate the full cost of credit on a yearly basis. The APR takes into account the amount financed, the interest charge, and the amounts and timing of the payments. Capital One does not have a maximum APR amount and not all credit cards or loans have the same APR.

I then told them: My credit score is over 750. I also get jacked every time I make a payment on the date my minimum payment is due online. $15 dollars. I would like to know every time this has happened. And when I do call you guys on
it, you guys take the penalty off.

I also get these stupid offers regarding balance transfers. 0% for 6 months and then 23% after.
What kind of B.S. Is that? What kind of service is that? I am a loyal customer, and I get this B.S. Thrown at me? 23%. Is this legitimate?

What is your grace period for payments? Almost all credit card companies have a 3-day grace period. I want documents sent to my address. I also stopped the paperless billing because I believe you guys are going to sneak another rate hike. What's
next? 45% apr because you feel like it? Send all of the said documents to my address.

I want documents. I need an explanation as to why you guys sneak these rate hikes on me all the time. I need to know why you feel it's okay to charge me money every time you think you can get away with it. I want documents.

Also, when was the last time you checked my credit score? How do you evaluate your customers?

The individual told me to call: 1-800-955-7070."A Customer Service Representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be happy to assist you with this."

I told them: I want your specialist to send me the information that I requested. I don't want verbal B.S. I want something written.

This is how our chat went. But as you can see, they've messed with me in every way, shape, and form.
