Experian rip-off! I'ts impossible to return the product. No one answers the phone

On January 13 I ordered a credit repair kit from Consumer Information Bureau to help improve our credit score for a purchase of a new house. It is 100% guaranteed to improve your credit or your money back. Also, you have 7 days to return an unopened package if you change your mind. I approved them to debit my checking account $210.00 for this course.

About an hour after I ordered the course I talked with our lender. She advised me to cancel the order as most credit repair kits don't work. She said in our particular situation, it would actually hurt our score. I got a second opinion from amother lender who is a friend of the family and he confirmed what she told me. So, I called back to cancel and was told it was too late and to simply call the phone number on the invoice to recieve an RA# for cancelation.

On January 15th I recieved my package. I called the return phone number and got a recording. I left a message and then called back every single day (including Saturday and Sunday) leaving messages. On Tuesday, January 20th I called the number which I had ordered it from. I got an anwser but the customer service rep was unable to cancel my order and was baffled as to why no one was returning my calls. He said they are very good about it. He said he would call himself and have someone call me. I continued to call everyday, leaving messages stating I wanted to return my product, to no avail.

On Friday, January 23rd someone finally returned my call. She claimed that the first message they had received from me was that morning. She said 99% of the time they answer the phone but this particular morning they were short staffed. She said they ALWAYS return messages within the hour. She flat out lied to me.

Nevertheless, she would not let me return the package because it had been more than seven days. She also would not let me speak to a supervisor. I told her what my loan officer had told me and she accused ME of lying to HER. When I began to raise my voice she hung up on me.

DO NOT do business with these people. They have VERY high pressure sales practices in the first place and will NOT allow you to cancel an order. My package is still unopened and I am debating whether or not I should even use it. We were able to secure a mortgage for 5.79% interest so we obviously didn't need the patch. But, if it does do what my loan officer said and actually hurt out credit - I'd like to try to get my money back again. Although, I'm sure no one would answer the phone.
