Ordered and paid for credit repair. Called to cancel the next morning. Left message several times. No answer no reply. Sent letter requesting cancellation. Returned as unknown addressee. Refused delivery of package so would be under no obligation. Emailed customer support, promised response but never happened. Called the 800 number, supervisor got on the line and I requested a refund. I was told I had to accept and then return their product. I refused and asked why my correspondence never got to them and was returned. Supervisor turned aggressive and threatened to block my calls. Typical scammer.
