Five phone calls later... First phone call, was to question the product, left a message, no returned phone call. Second to cancel my order, again, leaving a message (obviously, customer service have a LOT of calls?!?!). Still, no returned phone call. Third call, was out of frustration that my credit card had been charged WITHOUT AUTHORISATION, and the product had been mailed to me? I was advised, if I wanted a refund, I had to pay to return the order and phone back with a tracking no. The rep. Also informed me, they had a glitch in their phone system and that is why they had NO record of my messages and could not return my phone calls. Forth phone call, gave tracking no. The rep. Said three to five business days and I would see the refund of $89.31 on my credit card. However, on the sixth business day still no money, so I called, AGAIN. I was told no refund had been processed? AND, they could not tell me why! I was assurred the refund had been processed THIS TIME, and a ticket no. Was given to me. As all my consumer rights have been ignored by Extreme Acai Berry so far, I won't hold my breath. I will however, file a complaint with the Better Busines Bureau and the Attorney Generals office for the Unauthorised Charge, after I had cancelled. I seriously advise anyone else in the same situation to do the same.
