Ameriquest Mortgage is by far the worst predatory lender in America. I'm surprised they have not been part of a larger class action lawsuit.
When I say larger it is because they have already been sued by A.C.O.R. N and have settled for an undisclosed sum. Part of the agreement was to not target minorities or low income individuals. Clearly this is nothing but a joke for Ameriquest because they continue to target these customers as well as mislead any other consumer they can get in there greedy hands.
Did you know that the "average" manager at Ameriquest makes over $500,000 per year?!? With some closer to a million? Where do you think all that money comes from? Does I.B.M. Or G.E. Pay Entry level managers these types of wages? No they don't! Why do Ameriquest managers get paid so much? Because they are the cream of the crop of rip-off artists?! Most are under the age of 30 and have no College degree and no former experience in financing.in fact most are ex telemarketers and used car salesmen that are handling your single most largest financial transaction! They only thing you can do is continue to contact the BBB and spread the word to any one who listens, under no circumstances do any business with Ameriquest Mortage!
